Christopher A. Stennett, P.E.

The President and CEO of The Stennett Company, LLC has approximately 30 years of experience in the architectural, engineering, construction and building operations arena. After receiving his degree in mechanical engineering from Howard University he worked as a project engineer for a private consulting engineering firm. He has since served as Chief of Design and Project Management for the District of Columbia Public Schools, Director of Development and Modernization for the District of Columbia Housing Authority (DCHA) and President/CEO and founder of Construction Services Administration, LLC the DCHA’s award winning for profit subsidiary.

As Director of DCHA and President/CEO of CSA, Mr. Stennett managed approximately $600 million of capital improvements for the District of Columbia Housing Authority and CSA clients for the past twelve years.

The incredible success of his company, Construction Services Administration, LLC, which uses a revenue-generating business model to help the District of Columbia develop and modernize it’s portfolio of housing developments, bridging the gap in Federal funding required, and generating approximately $1 million per year for other housing programs, led Chris to found The Stennett Company, LLC. The same management principles that drive CSA’s success can easily be applied to all commercial and residential construction and development projects.
